چکیده

In this study, sage (Salvia officinalis L.), linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), and daisy (Matricaria chamomilla L.) herbs, which have rich phytochemical content are frequently consumed in winter months for medicinal purposes, were obtained from three different herbalists located Bingol investigated terms of their heavy metal contents, total flavonoid, anthocyanin polyphenol contents. Some the (Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Hg, Pb) contents collected herb samples determined by ICP-MS. Total analyzing spectrophotometric methods. While phenolic was found most (S1) ethylacetate methanol extracts (760.1±2.0, 410.33±1.5 mg GAE/g), it least (L1, L3) hexane (6.66±.1.3, 8.35±0.8 GAE/g). It that flavonoid higher (294.31±2.1 CE/g 291.31±2.1 MvGE/g), (S2) (375.0±1.9 139.01*±2.0 MvGE/g) extracts, less (L1) (D1) respectively. Cr Cu metals among values suitable consumption health all except chamomile (D1, D3) samples, Zn (L2) sample. Furthermore, toxic Cd (0.05±0.00- 0.09±0.00 μg/g) as well other Pb (4.50±0.01-6.43±0.01 (S1,S2,S3) (L1,L2,L3) to be health. As a result, when anthocyanin, compared groups had highest value ethyl acetate extract. Additionally, Ni sage, Fe both within safe limits They utmost importance supporting daily mineral intake. However, Pb, Hg This result can shown will bioaccumulator. Therefore, tea should limited.
